Coach Liz comes to us from Concord, California. She is currently studying at Cuesta College. She swam competitively though high school, before experiencing some shoulder injuries. Liz has years of experience as a swim instructor and lifeguard. She also coached the Varsity Mens & Womens swim programs at California High School in San Ramon, as well as JV water polo. She was the head coach of the Aqua Bears Swim Team in San Ramon last spring/summer before moving to San Luis Obispo. In her words, Liz has "a passion to teach and coach, and enjoys being a positive influence and role model to children and young adults." Coach Liz will be coaching the Prehawks each day, and then assisting Coach Christina and Coach Kim with the older groups.

Liz is on a leave of absence from the Seahawks at present, resuming her head coach position with the Aqua Bears Swim Team in San Ramon for the Summer. We look forward to her return to us in September.
