Coach Sarah was a competitive swimmer for nine years, swimming for the Santa Barbara Swim Club under Larry Liebowitz (now head coach for Oregon State) and the Buenaventura Swim Club. She was a two event Junior National qualifier in the 200 and 400 IM, and made Western Zones in Hawaii in 1994. Sarah has coached locally for PUMA Aquatics and CLASS Aquatics.

Sarah has a very full schedule: in addition to coaching our Seahawks, she is Head Coach for the SLO High School Girl's Swimming and Diving teams. She has a B.S. degree in Biology from Cal Poly, and is working on an M.S. in Kinesiology with a concentration in Sport Psychology, to be finished in Spring of 2008.
